Our lockup kits purchased directly from MM4X4 will come with the latest firmware.
 
NOTE:  Please contact us first to determine if your kit has an upgrade available.
 
Original Owners are entitled to free Firmware Upgrades.  ​The only cost is return postage and handling. Proof of purchase may be required if you purchased your kit from one of our dealers.
 
You will be required to return your console unit only to us and we will provide emailed instructions on how to do this.
 
You will also need the latest Operation Booklet, and a Quick Reference Card (only for selected vehicles/models).  These can be downloaded via the website here, or you can order hardcopies when placing your order which will be mailed to you with your upgraded console unit.

We will email you instructions within 24 hours of receiving your order. These instructions detail how to remove your console unit and our postal address.
 
We’ll let you know when we’ve received your console unit and when we dispatch it back to you. We’ll include your hardcopy booklet/QRC if you have opted in for these. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time.
