The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only available for customers who purchased their kit directly from MM4X4.  If you purchased your product from our approved reseller, you must contact the reseller in the first instance. We will be happy to assist with resolving any issue you may have in conjunction with the reseller.

This extends to the performance of our kit when installed into a vehicle.  We guarantee that you will be happy with the performance of your vehicle with our kit installed.

If you're concerned because your vehicle may have a modification, or combination of modifications that you feel might cause the kit to behave in a different way to what is expected, this guarantee has you covered.

Before any claim under this guarantee can be processed, please contact us within 30 days of the date of the purchase, by using the contact form, to enable us to help address any concerns you may have.  Maybe a simple tweak of a setting is all that is needed.

If after following the process above you find you are not satisfied with the performance of your vehicle and have advised us of your reasonable reason for dissatisfaction, we will refund you the purchase price (excludes shipping) once the kit is returned to us.
